Pelvic Power Workshop

Restore, maintain and reclaim your pelvic power.

This workshop takes a deeper dive into your pelvic floor and how it connects to your whole body.

We use "Not Yoga" movement sequences to:

✅ Improve your posture, breath and sex life
✅ Avoid "sneeze pee" and urgency
✅ Know how to do your kegel exercises properly
✅ Integrate your pelvic floor with everyday activity, movement & breath
✅ Deepen connection to your pelvic floor muscles

Do-at-home mindful movement and breath exercise notes provided, so you can continue to practice and improve at home.

This workshop is open to all women interested in their pelvic health and improving their pelvic floor (whether you have a “problem” or not).

Especially relevant if you want to jump, cough or sneeze without peeing your pants, get rid of pain in your hips, pelvis or back and find out why your pelvic floor exercises aren’t working.
