Qigong (pronounced chee gong) means ’energy-work’. Dayan means ‘wild goose’ and Kunlun refers to the Kunlun mountains north of Tibet where this style of Qigong comes from. Kunlun Dayan Qigong is over 1800 years old and I believe that it is one of the best ways to develop and maintain good health as it has been tried and tested over thousands of years. When we start to practise Qigong it is very relaxed and gentle so that we can build up our health and strength slowly and naturally, without stress. All are welcome as it is suitable exercise for all ages and levels of fitness.

J Leaf is a senior instructor authorised by Tse Qigong Centre. She began teaching these skills in 2005 and continues developing her skill from her Sifu, Belinda Hadfield, Grand Master Michael Tse and his senior students.
