Womens Mountain Biking Skill Builder

Fundamental bike skills and confidence building

Course starts Sunday 12th February 1pm - 3pm (4 sessions held fortnightly).

Nail some basic techniques, build confidence and make your riding a whole lot more fun with 4 x progressive skills and trail riding application sessions. Each 2-hour session builds on what was learnt in the previous one, so that riders add to their skill set as we move through the programme.

These sessions are deliberately spaced 2 weeks apart to give riders the time to practice skills between sessions.

LEVEL: Beginner/Early Intermediate - Grade 2 & 3 trails. You will be with a very experienced and qualified female MTB Coach who understands your fears and will help you build confidence and self-belief. You will leave this course feeling far more confident on your bike and ready for new adventures.

If you don't have a bike or do not have a suitable bike, I do have some that you can hire for the sessions.
