In this 2-hour blissful journey, I will be weaving restorative Yoga, Tibetan sound bowls, and Cacao experience.

Lauren is a Yin yoga & Cacao facilitator, sharing the wisdom behind Cacao & how this can support your nervous system creating more clarity, focus, calmness and presence into your life.
This is an opportunity to ask any questions and dive deeper into your journey with cacao. All whilst being supported with gentle restorative yoga shapes which are accessible to everyone and completely optional.
No yoga experience necessary.
Please bring a water bottle, comfy clothing, journal and pen. And get ready for a nourishing evening.
