RestOra session of Restorative yoga, Sound & Meditation
RestOra means: rest; allowing the body and mind to rest, relax and not work. Ora; meaning, health and well-being for life.
The nature of RestOra is to create a safe sacred space which weaves in breathing techniques, restorative (gentle) yoga poses, a beautiful shamanic sound journey by Aaron, followed by a guided meditation of Yoga Nidra with the healing and clearing energies. Its a relaxing, blissful and healing experience that allows you to connect inwardly allowing your mind and body to rest and restore.
Bring yoga mat, comfy clothes, blanket and anything else to make your experience comfortable.
Arrive 5-10mins to settle in.
