From my studio on Ormond Rd, Hospital Hill. In a safe, peaceful environment I bring positive energy and passion to my classes. Children feel enriched, and confident in a shared learning environment that's fun.
Expression
Everyone can make art, it's a natural form of self expression that's pure and personal. At MiChalk we treat each student as the young artist that they are and respect each child's unique creative expression. We value the enjoyment of the creative process above all else.
Nature is Art
Nature has always been our greatest source of inspiration, animals, insects, landscapes, oceans, flora and fauna... there's also an opportunity to connect with the garden to sketch tuis, pigeons, trees... inspiring us back in the studio.
Mediums
Learn new art techniques with watercolours, acrylics, inks, pastels, charcoal and more.
Tues/Thurs 6yrs+ (6-10yrs) Maximum 9 per class
3.30 - 5.15 pm $28
Teens Monday 4.00-5.30 $30
First Art Class is a 'Free Trial Class' so feel free to join any time.
Private lessons available on request $60p/h children/adults
