Join me in a relaxed atmosphere to learn Yoga where the main focus is on the breath.
The class involves simple movements coordinated with breath, ending each session with a deep relaxation.
There is no such thing as an ideal posture, yoga is adapted to you, your age, flexibility and ability.
You will come away from the course feeling confident, having a solid foundation and knowing what feels right for your body.

Vanessa a Qualified traditional yoga teacher RYT200 in the lineage of Krishnamacharya / Desikachar, taught by Mark Whitwell,“Heart of Yoga”
Registered Nurse of 20 years.
Once payment is made refunds won't be given.
Under any circumstance that the course can not run due to similar events like covid, natural disasters or I am sick, the course will be rescheduled.
A 4 week course every Tuesday evening- 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June.
