My men's stretch classes are non-confronting and a great starting point to become more flexible and introduce more movement into your day.

This class is suitable for men who want to improve their flexibility and mobility with stretches that work the whole body.

All ages welcome.

Mondays and Tuesdays at 5.30
Wednesdays at 2pm
Thursdays 11am

Bookings essential.

Classes are on Mondays-Thursdays
