In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll explore simple, effective movements to rediscover your natural stability.

Bones for Life® is a gentle movement programme designed to improve posture, balance, and walking.

Rather than seeing balance as something fixed, you’ll experience it as a dynamic, whole-body coordination that supports you in everyday life.

Balance plays a vital role in how we move, from reaching and bending to getting up and down, walking, and staying active.

This workshop is full of creative, enjoyable explorations in sitting, standing, and lying. You’ll discover how your feet, pelvis, spine, shoulders, head, and eyes work together to support easy, responsive balance.

You’ll also learn practical tips to improve your balance, and how to recover it when it feels off.
