Zoom Yoga Class
Build Energy and Release Tension.
This gentle zoom yoga class with Madi Knight will connect you with your breath and teach you how to use your breath to build energy and release tension.
During this class you will learn some foundational yoga postures and sequences and will finish with a guided relaxation; to strengthen our bodies and clear our minds.
Run every Thursday from 11am until 12pm via zoom until Thursday the April 14th.
