Women's Health Session: Reusable Period Products

Reusable period products are safe & healthy, and environmentally friendly and using them saves you money over time.

Come along to this women’s health session to learn about how our bodies work, reusable period products, and how to use and care for them, all while minimising waste.

Thanks to the generous support of the Hastings District Council, each participant will receive a free pack that includes a Menstrual Cup, a Reusable Period Pad and a pair of Period Undies to set you up for the change to reusable period products.
