4 week Course
A breath - centric YOGA, of moving, breathing and postures developed by experts around the world in the fields of yoga therapy, youth work and youth psychology, which has proven to reduce anxiety, depression, increase self-esteem, body confidence and overall quality of life.
The Students finish the series with practical tools and knowledge that support them to :
● Practice yoga for themselves every day,
● Tune into their body and know how they are feeling,
● Deal with stress in a health ways,
● Manage emotions.
During the Programme students are supported with a comprehensive video library and a workbook to help them continue their personal daily practice.
Teacher: Vanessa is a qualified yoga facilitator of adolescent education in Schools and have a passion for helping teens to feel their connectedness to themselves and the world around them. I am an ex-registered nurse of 20 years working in London on an adolescent ward for 5 years and have been doing yoga for over 20 years.
