Tai Chi Practice in Napier
Each Wednesday 6pm
This tai chi practice follows Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health approach. No prior experience is needed. You will find tai chi good for mental focus, body coordination and balance.
We meet every Wednesday at 6pm in Napier at Clive Square (the grassed area towards the Tennyson Street end) for a 45 minute practice.
If it rains we don't practice, but if the weather looks merely "dodgy" I am there.
