Move better, feel better with Feldenkrais "Not Yoga" movement and mobility classes from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

More than just an exercise class, in these mindful movement and mobility classes you use your body and your brain to discover easy, pain-free movement.
You always work at your own level of comfort. There's no sweat, force or effort involved. We operate on a "No Pain, More Gain" approach.
Classes are held via Zoom and you don't need any fancy equipment, just you, a computer or phone that has Zoom installed, a rug or mat and boom, you're good to go.
Classes are VERBALLY guided, so no more straining your neck to see the screen (just make sure the volume is turned up!).
This term will run for 6-weeks.
If you miss a class you can either make it up at another class time during the same term or you can request an audio recording that you can do in your own time at home during the term.
$95 for 6 classes or $20 casual.
