More than just an exercise class, in these mindful movement and mobility classes you use your body and your brain to discover easy, pain-free movement.

You always work at your own level of comfort. There's no sweat, force or effort involved. We operate on a "No Pain, More Gain" approach.

Classes are held in the spacious and beautiful Movement Works Studio in Jervoistown, Napier.

This term will run for 6-weeks.

If you miss a class you can either make it up at another class time during the same term or you can request an audio recording that you can do in your own time at home during the term.

Casual rate available subject to availability.
