Meditative Breath Work

Let's Breath!

Using something as simple as your breath intentionally in a safe space, breathwork can be powerful and transformational.

Whether you have done breathwork before or are absolutely new to breathwork, you are welcome! While each person’s experience is different, you are likely to leave feeling relaxed and more connected to yourself.

Pause Breathwork is using continual breath patterns as a way to heal, release and transform. Anyone 18+ is welcome.

- Deepens connection to your body

- Release trauma that has been stuck in your system for years

- Better access to your intuition

Consent will be requested for light bodywork during the session. Bodywork involves the facilitator grounding participants and guiding them to maintain their breathing pattern. If a participant experiences tension, the facilitator may apply gentle pressure to the affected area.

After an introduction to breathwork and learning the breathing techniques, participants will be guided to get comfortable on their mats. Together with music, they will engage in guided breathing exercises for ~50 minutes, with time allotted at the end for optional sharing and integration tools.
The studio has yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows. You are welcome to bring your own if you like and also bring along:

Water bottle
Journal/paper & pen

Avoid heavy meals or drinks for 2 hours prior a meditative session so we don’t feel nauseous during the breathwork (lighter snacks, liquid may be fine).
