Internal Guidance and Enhancement Workshop
'Accessing and enhancing your internal guidance'
This day workshop will be a safe and nurturing environment offering tools to identify and alter any limiting beliefs or triggers that no longer serve your greatest good.
Activities and offerings will include grounding, clearing, meditation, restorative yoga, sound healing and a guided art activity.
Nourishing plant-based morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
No prior experience is needed. All activities will be gently guided by your hosts Amanda & Aaron
