Winter Solstice is the time of the introvert and the reflector, let us come together to embrace our hearts, to celebrate and nurture each other in our ever changing world.

Cacao Circle- Serving the cacao. Holding space for sharing or intentions. After drinking the Cacao we process into gentle yoga, relaxation, prananyama.
Newcomers to Cacao or Yoga are welcome.

CULTURAL & SPIRITUAL SIGNTANCES: Ancient Rituals: Cacao has been used ceremonially for thousands of years by indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica.
Sacred Plant & Spiritual Connection: Cacao ceremonies were conducted as a way to
connect with the spiritual realm, ancestors, and nature.

CACAO HEALTH BENEFITS:
Cacao is the rawest form of chocolate. Nutrient-Rich: Cacao is packed with nutrients, including fiber, iron, magnesium, and antioxidants like flavonoids.
Heart Health: Some studies suggest that the flavonoids in cacao may have beneficial
effects on heart health.
Mood Enhancement: Cacao contains compounds such as theobromine and
phenylethylamine, which may have mood-enhancing effects and can promote feelings of
happiness and well-being.
BEFORE EVENT:
Avoid coffee 2hrs before and if going to eat, only a light meal or snack.
Drink plenty of water before and after, as mentioned above it is a diuretic that enhances
detox.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The Cacao drink can have a bitter taste at times.
Cacao responses differently to everyone, but saying that it is gentle, drinking cacao
facilitates harmony within and without, gifting what is needed.
Cacao ceremonies provide participants with an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, deepen
connection with yourselves and others, and explore personal growth and spiritual
development.
The space will be safe place for you express your needs.
WHAT TO BRING:
Mat, water bottle, cushion, a special mug if you like, a blanket if need for relaxation.
(mugs provided, mats provided on request).
Wear comfortable clothes
