Inner Goddess-Day Retreat

I invite you to enjoy this inner goddess indulgent day retreat of creativity, fun and sisterhood!

I felt inspired to collate this day retreat with 3 other gorgeous local goddesses each with unique creative gifts that I adore and just know you will to.

We will start the day with an opening circle where you will be offered a ceremonial cacao, herbal tea or other as you like and guided meditation/grounding & sound journey followed by an opportunity into self enquiry, with the tools of journaling to empower you to explore your inner goddess.

Throughout the whole day our beautiful Robyn will be around to offer you your own unique henna art anywhere you choose on your body, you’ll get to experience an artist in her element as she intuits a personal free hand design just for you, (the henna can last between 1-3 weeks)

We all then move on to get creative with our hands being joined by the gorgeous Katie McHardy (Foraged & Found florist) to create our own goddess flower crowns. Katie is passionate about soil health and inspiring others to invest in the power of flowers for future generations to come. This is a unique creative journey that you can explore with beautiful flowers that you can later take home, hang to dry and have as a keep sake reminder of your day.

We will close the circle with our special guest Radha Iveta with her instruments of her choice where she will invite you into a circle of song and chants inspired by sisterhood and inner goddess.
