Designed for kids & young adults aged 8+, The Hive Youth program offers a safe, fun & energetic fitness class using a combination of skills practice, workouts, & fitness games.
Our program strives to help kids develop lifelong habits, improve self-confidence & develop a strong foundation of movement & core strength.
