We will be hosting a FREE personal safety and empowerment course facilitated by Kia Haumaru – Personal Safety Education.
Course will cover:

-Self and collective care
-Physical safety techniques
-Emotional empowerment
-Relationship navigation tools

6 June at the War Memorial Hall, Waipukurau & 7 June at Age Concern Hastings.

All our workshops are FREE and include a light lunch.
