7 week class exploring movement for vitality
Eurythmy lets us re-discover the spoken word, poetry, and music as creative, meaning-filled movement.
Speaking and singing with our whole body opens aspects of these thoroughly human activities that are ‘hidden in plain sight’ and are somehow new, yet also deeply familiar.
Listening with all our senses is to discover universal lawfulness in movement.
2 class times available on Thursdays; 9-10am and 7-8pm.
