Baby Massage Classes
A 5-week course on Fridays
This International Association of Infant Massage certified 5-week course offers a beautiful opportunity to learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch and massage in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
You will learn 1. massage strokes for legs, feet, stomach, chest, arms, hands, face and back, 2. a short colic routine, 3. gentle movements and touch relaxation, 4. the best time and for how long to massage, 5. what massage oils to use, and 6. how to adapt the strokes for your baby's needs and the growing child.
The hope is for you to leave the classes feeling empowered and confident to massage your little one at home.
Open to mamas and babies under 12 months old.
