Balance is essential to almost everything we do and an important part of how we perform movements necessary for everyday life- ie: reaching for something, getting up and down from a chair, walking, sports activities, keeping an active lifestyle.
HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR BALANCE
This program will be full of fun and creative ways to find more ease and balance in your life. We will explore movement’s in sitting, standing and lying. Discover how your feet/pelvis/spine/shoulders/head/eyes work together to give easy and dynamic balance.
I’ll share with you practical tips for both improving your balance and recovery when it feels off.
