The Bones for Life method is a program which helps you rediscover your natural strength, flexibility and greater comfort in your body.

In this course you will learn unique and easy movements that reduce tension in your lower back, pelvis and spine. Also how to take care of and protect your back from becoming strained and tight. You'll move with with improved alignment, more confidence, and a new sense of being upright and strong.

Everything I teach is easy to do at home and simple to integrate into your daily life.

Each class with be recorded and handouts available.
