I often hear how back pain stops people from doing what they enjoy and prevents them from feeling comfortable in everyday activities like standing, sitting and walking. In "Free your Back" classes you will learn a series of easy movements to reduce back tension and pain.

Imagine standing taller, having more vitality and ease of movement?
We'll address the flexibility of your feet/shoulders/hips and spine so you can move with better alignment and a new sense of being upright and strong. With a stronger and more supple back you'll be able to bend and turn more freely and easily in all directions.

Also we'll cover strategies for how to take care of and protect your back from becoming strained and tight for your future wellbeing. And useful tips for how to unwind at the end of your day for a restful sleep.

These movements and awareness will help your back to feel better! enabling you to do what makes your life enjoyable.
